Raw foods are amazing, but following an order for best digestion and assimilation is the difference between night and day. I have previously followed many different diets (including lfrv/801010 for 4 years before embarking on cf4cp and 6 years vegan), but the satiation, ease, and abundance of this approach has allowed me to overcome debilitating pain associated with endometriosis.
