"Clean Food for Clean People seriously changed my life. It's a practical, sustainable, and formulaic approach to a raw lifestyle for optimal health! Raw foods are amazing, but following an order for best digestion and assimilation is the difference between night and day. I have previously followed many different diets (including lfrv/801010 for 4 years before embarking on cf4cp and 6 years vegan), but the satiation, ease, and abundance of this approach has allowed me to overcome debilitating pain associated with endometriosis. Where once I'd be bed-ridden days each month (couldn't really predict) to minimal/no pain, 2-3 days light flow and regularly timed. Such a blessing beyond words.
